The rules that govern your use of Up Skill FX. Read them with the risk disclaimer and the privacy policy.

Agreement

By accessing Up Skill FX you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform. These terms operate alongside the risk disclaimer and the privacy policy, and all three should be read together.

What the service is

Up Skill FX is an educational platform that teaches market reasoning through lessons, lectures, drills, historical replay, simulated trading, assessments and a machine-generated mentor. It is not a financial service, a brokerage, a signal service or a portfolio manager, and it never executes an order or holds funds.

No advice

Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no content is personalised to your objectives, financial situation or needs. Any decision you take in a live market is yours alone and you remain responsible for obtaining independent licensed advice before committing capital.

Your account

The platform is operated as a single-operator learning environment. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share access, and tell the operator immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Use the platform lawfully and for your own study. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, scrape or bulk-export lesson content, resell or republish material, misrepresent platform output as regulated advice, or upload unlawful content. Automated access outside normal use of the interface is not permitted.

Content you create

Journal entries, playbook rules, scenario commitments, assessment attempts and walkthrough records remain yours. You grant the platform the permission it needs to store, process and display that content back to you and to compute your capability and readiness metrics. Do not enter live account numbers, broker credentials or other sensitive identifiers; nothing on the platform requires them.

Intellectual property

Lessons, lecture text, diagrams, drills, mnemonics, assessment questions, the scoring methodology and the Up Skill FX name and mark are the property of Up Skill FX. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use them for your own study. Redistribution, resale, republication or use as training data is not permitted.

Machine-generated output

ARIE, the Socratic mentor, produces machine-generated reasoning that can be incomplete or wrong. It exists to stress-test your thinking, not to issue calls. Verify every factual claim against a primary source before relying on it.

Assessments and certificates

Capability levels, readiness verdicts, mastery percentages and certificates describe work completed inside this platform. They are not a qualification, not a licence, not a credential recognised by any regulator, and not a prediction of profitability. The operator may recompute or reissue them if a scoring defect is found.

Availability and changes

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Features, curriculum, thresholds and data sets may be added, changed or withdrawn as the architecture evolves, and maintenance may interrupt access without notice. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the last-updated date below the title.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Up Skill FX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from reliance on any score, lesson, replay outcome or mentor response. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your records as described in the privacy policy. Access may be suspended or withdrawn where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the platform is lawful in your own jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms, your records or a suspected defect in scoring should be raised with the platform operator through the contact route provided to you when your account was created.
